About Christy E. Draper

A native of the metro-Atlanta area, Christy E. Draper graduated from the University of Georgia in 1992 with a Bachelors of Art degree in Criminal Justice. After graduating from Walter F. George Mercer University School of Law in 1996, Christy served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Douglas Judicial Circuit where she focused on the prosecution of domestic violence and crimes against children.

Christy E. Draper worked as a senior associate attorney with Stearns Montgomery & Associates in Marietta, Georgia. While with Stearns Montgomery & Associates, a primarily family and domestic law firm, Christy also launched a criminal defense division for the firm.

In December 2005, Christy E. Draper opened up an office practice law in Douglasville, Georgia. The Douglasville office’s legal practice focuses family law, domestic law, criminal defense matters, including matters in superior and juvenile court in the entire metro-Atlanta area. Christy Draper also serves as a Guardian ad Litem in superior and juvenile court cases involving custody disputes.
